PRODUCT WARRANTY
All products manufactured are guaranteed to perform, at the very least, to the same quality standard as the original product. All guarantees are based on the same criteria as the original product. We reserve the right to make improvements to the original product.
Should a product be found faulty it will immediately be replaced.
Should an engineer or representative from the Equipment Manufacturer or Third Party Maintenance Company have cause to state that one of our products has caused excess maintenance, We will: -
Ask for written details of the fault from complainant.
Run full diagnostic tests on the supplied product following our internal procedure.
Cover the cost of any repair to the printer, if it is proved to from the above tests that our product was the cause of excessive maintenance.
Replace defective product.
At no cost to the customer, send a Service Engineer to ensure that the customer is fully operational as soon as possible.
This warranty does not affect any Customers statutory rights.
The above product warranty is supplied by the toner remanufacturer, not by Resolution GB Ltd. Resolution GB Ltd accept no responsibility for failure or poor performance of any products supplied. Resolution GB Ltd will, in our capacity as a reseller of such consumable items, liaise with the manufacturer in order to assist in resolving any issues that arise.
